Below is is a short summary of the features we are aiming to release within the next quarter – we hope you will benefit from their use!
Over the past few months, MMO Freelance has been one of our main areas of focus. We have been identifying areas for improvement to create a sounder product, a faster service for more accurate hires.
Below is a short summary of the features we are aiming to release within the next quarter – we hope you will benefit from their use!
One of the challenges we faced was creating and managing pools of talent for specific functions, industries, geographies etc. To overcome this challenge, we have teamed up with Shortlist.co, a platform dedicated to managing freelancers! We have begun creating profiles on Shortlist.co for our most active and loyal freelancers, including all the key info, such as availability, location, working preferences and experience and soon, we hope to have a variety of talent pools set up within the platform.
Why is this good for your experience with MMO? We will be able to create pools for your own employer brand including freelancers relevant to any current projects, as well as candidates that you may have liked but not hired from previous postings. This will enable us to send you relevant candidates as soon as we have posted a role and – fingers crossed – lead you to a speedy hire.
Shortlist.co comes with many other exciting features that we are looking forward to getting to know and incorporate into our service.
Should you wish to join Shortlist.co as a candidate, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will let you know the next steps.
MMO Talent Pools
In the meantime, we are going to be posting some MMO branded postings to build up talent pools for the most popular freelance projects. We will use this in conjunction with Shortlist.co to develop groups of relevant candidates and make them readily available to you when a project arises by sending direct invites within MMO.
We hope you are excited about these new features as much as we are, we look forward to sharing these new updates to the MMO freelance process with you in the coming months!
